We strive to develop and implement initiatives that contribute to a greener and more environmentally conscious Homewood. 


    We strive to keep Homewood beautiful and to serve as a partnership between the city and nature.

    Describe the item or answer the question so that site visitors who are interested get more information. You can emphasize this text with bullets, itaAcceptable materials are: Household amounts of garbage, all recyclable items, yard debris, pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, moving boxes (broken down), alkaline, manganese, carbon zinc batteries, bulbs, packing materials (bagged).


    Construction debris, blocks, bricks, concrete, piles of dirt, tile, tires, more than household amounts of hazardous waste, car batteries, large car parts (rotors, etc.), landscape or railroad cross ties, medical waste,  needles, animal carcasses.
