CITY MANAGER
As Homewood’s first City Manager, Glen is working closely with city leaders to build stronger systems that support long-term growth and community success. He’s focused on creating interactive, transparent processes that improve infrastructure, guide development, and strengthen operations across departments.
His leadership is shaped by decades of experience in public works, construction management, and government coordination. A retired U.S. Army Engineer, he has managed multimillion-dollar projects and led major infrastructure efforts—including rebuilding roads, water, and drainage systems in a city of one million during his service in Iraq.
He brings that same dedication and strategic mindset to Homewood, helping the city navigate change, expand services, and invest in its future.
