Engineering & Zoning

The department reviews engineering and zoning permits, receives variance, rezoning, development plan and resurvey applications, and administers the Board of Zoning Adjustment and Planning Commission. It also handles ADA compliance, stormwater infrastructure, tree permits and fence permits.
