Public Works Highlights June 2, 2025
This meeting focused on resolving a request to let trees remain in the right of way at 214 Edgewood Blvd. (the Pink House). The homeowner agreed to cover any future sidewalk damage and follow updated indemnity terms for trees they planted in the right-of-way without permission. The committee approved moving forward with an agreement, pending final review, that obligates any owner of this property to pay for any damage the tree roots could do to the sidewalk.
