Winslow Armstead holds a degree in Public Relations and Business Management from the University of Alabama. He has 10 years of experience in banking and finance and 15 years of experience in sales and marketing.



Winslow moved to Homewood in 2016 and began his service to the city in 2021 as a member of the Homewood Planning Commission. In 2024, he was appointed as a supernumerary member of the Board of Zoning Adjustments. Winslow and his wife, JeNorri, have three children—Canon, Cali, and Caeten—and a family dog, Ted.
